Leadership shaped by service and responsibility.
Instructor Lau is a United States Marine Corps veteran with more than two decades of leadership experience across military service, transportation, logistics, and business operations. That background developed the habits that define LAU Academy: preparation, accountability, calm decision-making, and respect for the people being served.
His instruction is direct without being intimidating. New shooters receive a clear path from safe handling to confident performance, while experienced students are challenged to make their fundamentals more consistent and repeatable.
Every class is deliberately small so students receive meaningful observation, correction, and coaching—not simply time on a firing line.
